Spirit treadmills have a reputation for heavy steel frames, smooth decks and lasting for years. They’re not the cheapest treadmills on the market, which makes where you buy one matter even more. In October 2026 we checked Spirit treadmill prices at retailers right across Australia, and our prices were the lowest we found on every Spirit model we sell.

Prices do move, so if you spot a Spirit treadmill cheaper somewhere else, call us on 0489 954 167 and let us know.

Why Spirit?

Spirit is a premium home treadmill brand for people who use their treadmill often. Compared with entry-level machines, you generally get a sturdier frame, a more cushioned and stable deck, and a motor that copes with regular running. If you train several times a week, or several people in the house will use it, a Spirit is a machine you’re unlikely to outgrow.

The Spirit Range at a Glance

Spirit SXT285V2 is a folding treadmill for walking, jogging and interval training. It’s the entry point to the Spirit range and a big step up from budget folding treadmills.

Spirit SXT385V2 still folds, but has a wider deck and suits regular runners who need more room to move.

Spirit SXT485ENT adds a 10.1 inch touchscreen with Netflix and YouTube built in, so long walks and steady runs go faster.

Spirit SXT685V2 is the heavy-duty, non-folding flagship of the range, made for people who run a lot and want the most solid feel underfoot.

How to Choose the Right Spirit Treadmill

  1. How often will you run? For walking and a few jogs a week, the SXT285V2 is plenty. If you run most days, look at the SXT385V2 or SXT685V2.
  2. Does it need to fold? The SXT285V2, SXT385V2 and SXT485ENT fold. The SXT685V2 doesn’t, so it’s best where the treadmill has its own space.
  3. Do you want a screen? If entertainment keeps you on the treadmill longer, the SXT485ENT is worth it.

Spirit or Bodyworx?

If you mainly walk and want to keep the cost down, a Bodyworx treadmill is great value. If you run regularly or want a machine built to take years of hard use, Spirit is the better long-term buy. We stock both, so we can give you a straight answer either way.

Buy Outright or Pay Weekly

You can buy any Spirit treadmill outright at our low price, or spread the cost with our rent to buy plans. Rent to buy is an interest-free payment plan for the treadmill, delivery and installation all in one, with repayments over 6 to 36 months. Spirit treadmills start from $28 a week. See the rent to buy treadmills page for weekly prices on every model.

Delivery, Installation and Servicing

We deliver and install across Melbourne and Geelong, so your treadmill is set up and ready to go. To protect your investment and keep it safe to use, we recommend a service every three months, and we also service Spirit treadmills on request. Find out more on our treadmill servicing page.

Moving house? We also relocate treadmills and home gyms across Melbourne, so your equipment arrives safely and is set up ready to use.
