Excellent communication with delivery times, extremely prompt. Website really easy to navigate and clearly explained options available, also had great communication from Brad about best option to fit in our unit. Treadmill delivered today and appears in excellent condition, Brad delivered it with ease and showed me how to use it and also followed up with links to how to use videos, very helpful for my forgetful brain! First use today of equipment and very happy. After the hire period is finished Prime Fitness will then collect the treadmill and the delivery and pick up costs are all included in the hire price.

Purchased a treadmill for home use, and it was the most seamless and quick experience ever! Brad was incredibly helpful and easy to talk to throughout the whole process and their delivery and set-up service was also great, despite our home having a difficult staircase. Highly recommended!

We hired a treadmill from Prime Fitness for the past 5 months. The staff have been fantastic to deal with. They have responded promptly to enquiries about hiring the treadmill. They deliver, set-up and service the machine if a service is required during the rental period. The treadmill is of the same quality and functionality that you would see in a commercial gym.
The treadmill has transformed my health and fitness over the past 5 months and it has been wonderful to exercise in all weather, in the convenience of my own home. I can recommend Prime Fitness as a great company to deal with. Professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the equipment they hire.

What a great online company! Very cost effective including no added cost for delivery and pick up. Communication was very polite, prompt and clear. I was so surprised the bike was in as new condition. The bike works so well and is a great aid in my rehab after surgery. Thanks Brad you have been a delight to work with.

I was in need of a treadmill as part of my rehab and found Prime Fitness. Website was easy to navigate and find the correct one for my needs. Easy application process. Great communication with Brad who promptly contacted me to arrange quick delivery. Was provided with instructional videos on operation. Plug in and away. Couldn't believe the quality and condition of the treadmill provided. Can't rate them highly enough.

After mucking around with FB Marketplace and sellers giving me the run around on price and installation I was pleased to come across Prime Fitness online. Brad sold me a great machine and organised delivery and set up without any fuss. I would not have been able to collect and install a unit of this size on my own.
From first discussions to final set up I would be happy to recommend Brad and his team for supplying, transporting and piecing together the equipment at a reasonable price. Time to get fit.
Thanks so much. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Highly recommend Prime Fitness for anybody looking to hire a treadmill for home. Placed the order for the Heavy Duty treadmill for 3 months and Brad and the team delivered it to my door in less than 48 hours. I was stoked to discover it was a brand new, never used model still wrapped in the plastic from the factory. It has all the functions I need plus more and has been working a treat. The Prime Fitness team provide support if you require it (which I haven’t) and were a pleasure to deal with.

Brad was very professional from my first phone enquiry with him. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful when answering any questions. Brad delivered the treadmill to my home and was on-time and very courteous. The treadmill is in fantastic condition and I'm very happy with the hire. We have a small space to put it in so the fact it folds up easily is fantastic.

Very good service. Brad delivered the equipment to my place. Had to remove on same day due to the machine not able to extend forward to fit my feet on paddle.
Prime fitness came back the following day with this for me.
